During her time at university, she entered the blue-collar recruitment sector and contributed as a Student Mentor, supporting her peers in both academic and career pursuits.

After graduating in 2017, Laura transitioned into the employment services field, where she quickly established herself through her commitment to empowering job seekers and fostering sustainable employment pathways. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in training and mentoring staff, enhancing team capabilities, and fostering positive workplace cultures.
