Highly proficient in engineering design software such as RapidHarness, Matlab/Simulink, or Solidworks, with strong knowledge of CAN protocols—ideally J1939. Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, proven effectiveness working both independently and collaboratively, and robust project management and prioritisation abilities. Knowledge of PLC programming for commercial vehicle body control systems is an added advantage.

A customer-focused problem solver, you’ll proactively identify improvements, drive change, and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in CAD is highly desirable, and experience with continuous improvement or Six Sigma is a bonus.

In this role, you’ll ensure all goods are stored safely and securely to prevent damage or loss while taking full ownership of training and managing warehouse staff to build a strong, capable team. You’ll implement and monitor inventory control procedures for accurate stock tracking and replenishment, working closely with production teams to deliver materials to the manufacturing line on time. Keeping precise records of all warehouse activities, from inventory levels to shipments, will be key. You’ll also maximise space utilisation and optimise storage layouts for peak warehouse efficiency, negotiate with transportation and logistics providers to improve delivery schedules and reduce costs, and continuously evaluate processes to drive ongoing improvements in productivity and cost-effectiveness.
