Katya is an HR Business Partner with a background in social psychology, recruitment, and people development.

After completing her Master’s in Social Psychology, she built broad HR experience across talent acquisition, performance appraisal, training, and team culture. In 2015, she relocated to Australia and continued her HR career in the Early Childhood sector, taking on a range of recruitment and people-focused roles.

Joining Custom Denning in 2026, Katya steps into a strategic HR Business Partner role — partnering with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, support change, and build a workplace where people and the business can thrive.
