After completing a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering in 2008 from Karachi, Pakistan, began a career in the quality assurance department of Pakistan’s premier home appliances manufacturing company. Gained valuable experience in high-volume production environments, contributing to product integrity and system improvement initiatives. Completed a Master of Engineering Management in 2017, also in Karachi, further strengthening capability in operational leadership and process excellence.

Moved to Australia in 2018, transitioning into the work health and safety sector and have served in heavy manufacturing industries, automotive manufacturing, national distribution centres, warehousing, and logistics operations. Equipped with a Diploma in Work Health and Safety, ICAM Lead Incident Investigator certification, and Return to Work Coordinator accreditation, and continuously driven by a systems-based approach to compliance and culture-building.

Certified as a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), and Internal Auditor for both ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001:2018 (Work Health and Safety Management System). Recognised as a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, applying data-driven methodologies to improve outcomes and reduce risk across complex operational settings. Currently leading HSEQ initiatives focused on continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and embedding safety excellence at all levels of the organisation
